Advantages

Caboolture is 50km north of Brisbane on the Bruce Highway. It is halfway between the state capital and the national tourist hub of the Sunshine Coast.

A growing regional centre(3.1% p.a.**) that features all the services and facilities of a regional city, with close access to the state capitol. With a population of 112,000**, one of the major industries is tourism and its infrastructure support.

The Caboolture Shire covers an area of 1215 square kilometres stretching from the D’Aguilar Range in the west to the Pumicestone Passage Marine Park and sandy beaches of Bribie Island in the east.

Getting There

Air: Brisbane airport with both international and domestic terminals is only 30 minutes drive away. There is another domestic jet airport at Maroochydore also 30 minutes north.


Road: Caboolture lies on the Bruce Highway. This highway runs from Brisbane to Cairns and is the states main road infrastructure. Its connection with the Gateway and M1 motorway provide any easy corridor from the Southern States. A massive amount of traffic passes the Caboolture airfield each day.


Rail: Caboolture is connected by the Brisbane citytrain network that links west to Ipswich and south to the Gold Coast. It is also in easy access to all suburbs of Brisbane including the Brisbane airport by the ‘airtrain’.
